1. Processing Time:
At Goat Track Social Club, every order is packed with care. Orders are processed and shipped on our weekly schedule, typically Sundays and Mondays. During busier drops or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If that happens, we’ll keep you in the loop.
Need it quicker? No problem. If you require rush handling, send us an email at goattracksocialclub@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
2. Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items. Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount; check our website for current promotions.
3. Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship within Canada, USA, Japan and parts of Europe. Unfortunately, we do not offer all destinations for international shipping at this time.
4. Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 3-20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and postal service delays.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's progress on our website or through the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use Canada Post for our shipping services. We reserve the right to use alternative carriers if necessary.
7. Shipping Confirmation:
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
8. Delivery Issues:

9. Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

All orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties. Customers are responsible for any applicable provincial taxes.
11. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges for reshipment.
