Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Goat Track Social Club. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. 1. Returns Accepted:
We gladly accept returns for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must also have all tags attached.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at goattracksocialclub@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Customer-Provided Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

6. No Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items at this time.

7. Final Sale Items:
Certain items are marked as "Sale Items" and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please carefully review product descriptions before making a purchase. This includes all items that are found in our "sale items" category. 

8. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at goattracksocialclub@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
